Really. The World Cup is one of the UK's protected "listed events", so it must be on free TV. The final on 19 July is on BBC and ITV at the same time, so you can even choose your commentators. You'll need a free iPlayer or ITVX account the first time you stream, and iPlayer will ask about your TV licence.
